Usually, most account accessing issues are related to your browser settings so here are our recommendations:

  • Whenever you face a technical difficulty - always try performing the same action on a Different Browser or Incognito Mode (which allows you to open pages without the intervention of your browser cookies). Find more information about incognito mode here.

  • If error disappears when using incognito, you know for sure that deleting your browser cookies will solve the issue. (to find out how to clear your cookies, please click here).

  • If the steps above don't help, please wait for a few hours and try accessing your account once more (there might be some temporary technical glitches associated to the internet connection or the server hosting the accounts platform).

There may also be some more specific issues at place that prevent you from accessing your precious Astrology Answers account:
 

  • Once you enter your username and password, and click on "Login", the page refreshes itself and doesn't move forward.

  • An error comes up.

  • Or it simply doesn't accept your password (please make sure you enter the correct password, and, if you're not sure if you remember it correctly, please change your password).

  • Error messages appear claiming that the page cannot be found or accessible (In such specific case, make sure you have a good internet connection and that you use the correct login page).

  6. The answer to a question if you tried using a different browser and/or delete cookies (browsing data) to overcome the situation?

  1. If you cannot find your purchased product/service on your dashboard or it seems that some of your products/services disappeared, there could be 4 major scenarios explaining this situation:

     1. If you just purchased the product/service but the payment did not go through - the money didn't leave your bank account and the product/service was not placed on your Members Area. Please check your bank statement and if you don't see this transaction on your bank statement, please carefully follow instructions in this article.

     2. What you are looking for might be a bonus course which is included within the product/service you've purchased. Please visit your Library on the Members Area to find the bonuses.

     3. If you previously had the product/service on your Members Area and it just disappeared, there are several possible reasons:

    • You were committed to a payment plan or a subscription but the most recent payment could not be processed and thus your purchase got canceled (which results in the removal of the product/service). This might happen whether because of a lack of funds (credit on your account) or outdated card details (expired card).

    • The product/service is being updated and it should appear on your dashboard in the next couple of hours.

    • You had a subscription product/service and all the previous content disappeared when the subscription was canceled (either per your request or because an automatic payment could not go through (See the first bullet point).

    4. If you have refunded any Astrology Answers product/service, the product/service was removed from your account.

     If you checked all of the scenarios above and none of the scenarios explain your situation, then please provide our client care specialists with the information as follows:
     

    • The Name of the product/service you're looking for.

    • A Screenshot from your Bank Statement showing that your transaction for the product/service at stake did go through.

    • The Date of when the product/service disappeared (if available).

    • Note: if you purchased the product/service using a different email address than the one you use to contact us - it's super important that you provide the email address associated with this particular purchase.

Once you purchase your first Astrology Answers product:

  • An Astrology Answers members account gets automatically created for you

  • And an email with a subject line "Welcome to Astrology Answers" reaches your inbox

Note: the system automatically pulls the email address you fill in the checkout page while purchasing a Astrology Answers product. So make sure you use and check the same email address.

If you don't get the login details in your inbox, you might find the email in your Spam Folder (search for "Your Astrology Answers Login Details" ).

Doesn't help? Please do check your bank statement to see if your purchase really went through and if:

The transaction did not go through, please repeat the transaction again.

If the payment was successful and the money was taken from your account and you cannot find it on your Astrology Answers Members Area you received no confirmation email, most probably you had a typo / or you have used a different email address when filling in your email address on the checkout page. Simply contact our client care specialists and they will help you access your account.

If you have been able to access your product/service for a while but it suddenly disappeared from your Astrology Answers Members Area, there are several possible reasons behind this:

  1. You were committed to a payment plan or a subscription but the most recent payment could not be processed and thus your purchase got cancelled (resulting in the removal of your product/service). This might happen whether because of a lack of funds (credit on your account), or due to outdated card details (expired card).

  2. The product/service is being updated and it should appear on your dashboard in the next couple of hours. Please try to log in to your account after a break.

You should receive your order confirmation email right after the purchase. And you will find your login details within an email with the subject line: "Welcome to Astrology Answers".

The reason behind not having received the login details might be:

Reason 1: Your transaction did not go through and thus you were not provided with the access details.

Solution: Please check your online banking statement: if you don't find the recent purchase there - you should try purchasing the product/service once more.

Reason 2: There was a typo in the email address entered to a checkout page while making a purchase.

Solution: Please first check if the money really left your bank account. If so, please contact our Customer Support through this Contact Form and they will make the necessary changes. Include the Full Name used while purchasing the course and the Correct Email Address to be used to access your account so that our client care specialists could help.

Reason 3: You have signed up via a different email address (Note: the system automatically adds a product/service to the account under the email address which was used on a checkout page).

Solution: We often use a couple of emails. This may result in using one email while signing up and a different one - to look for the confirmation and login details. Please make sure to check the inbox of the same email address you used for this particular purchase at stake :) (If you're not sure which exact email to check, search for "Welcome to Astrology Answers" in all the inboxes you use.)

Reason 4: The email with login details went to your Spam / Junk Folder.

Solution: Sometimes you may get our emails redirected to your Spam / Junk folder. Try searching for the email with a subject line "Your Astrology Answers Login Details".

If none of the tips above helps and if you're sure that your purchase was successful (meaning that you can see the transaction on your bank statement), please contact us through this Contact Form.

You found an Astrology Answers payment in your bank statement but you do not know what for? Let's look it up: please search in your email inbox for an email from us. For every product purchased we send an email with detailed information and your invoice attached.

If it was your first purchase with us, we also sent you the login details. This email should answer your question.

If you are already a customer, once you go to your Astrology Answers Members Area you will be able to access your Account Activity and Billing Section at the top of the page under “My Account” tab and see when and what product was purchased.

If you don't find any email from us, you cannot see in the billing section or you found it, but it is still not clear what you were charged for, please send us a message through the one of our Contact Options (phone, live chat or email) and our support team will help you straight away.

In the case of receiving an incomplete physical product, or one with a defect, please get in contact with us by using one of our Contact Options (phone, live chat or email) . Describe the damage as specific as possible and include the photos.

Once we assess the damage, case by case, we will get back to you with our resolution and if necessary will reship the package right away!

 

We are sorry for this inconvenience! But don't worry, there are always solutions!

Note: It takes 1-2 days for the shipper to prepare the parcel.

US and Canada orders are shipped via USPS. It usually takes additional 3-5 business days for the product/service to reach you after the parcel is prepared by the shipper.

International orders, on the other hand, normally arrive within 7-14 business days after the parcel is prepared by the shipper.

Please take into consideration that sometimes products being shipped overseas may be retained by the customs office for a while (all updates will show up on the online tracking number).

All of our US and Canadian shipments include tracking numbers. If the status is delivered but you did not receive it, please get in contact with the mailing company - this will help resolve the situation faster since you'll be talking directly to the local company which is responsible for your package.

If you didn't receive your order for more than 4 weeks already please contact our support through this Contact Form. It would be extremely helpful if you provide us with:

  • The email you used to make the purchase?
  • Order tracking number for your shipment?
  • And the name of the product/service to be shipped

Have you requested a refund and received a confirmation from one of our client care specialists that your refund has been processed? Great, you should see the refund in your account within 3-5 business days.

1. If you have purchased it through Credit Card and you have not received your refund post 7 working days please do contact our client care specialists through one of our Contact Options (phone, live chat or email) and they will investigate further to make sure you get the money as soon as possible.

2. If it is was done via PayPal please double check if:

The money is on your Pay Pal Account

  • Or it is pending on your approval (Unclaimed). Paypal will send you an email asking you to claim the money. You will need to find the email and click on the link they provided for you. You will then need to accept the payment from us. :)

If you have followed the steps mentioned in Cancel Subscription tab and you have been still charged after that, please do not hesitate to contact us through one of our Contact Options (phone, live chat or email), clearly mentioning the name of our agent that cancelled the subscription, the date you received confirmation of the cancellation and the name of the Subscription product/service you are willing to cancel and our client care specialists will help you straight away. :)

After five unsuccessful attempts (lack of funds, card related issues) to collect your pending payment (for your subscription or a product/service, that you enrolled through payment plan) your product/service will be automatically removed from your Astrology Answers account, which means that you will not be able to access it from your dashboard any longer.

We know how frustrating this can be! So let's go over this together.

There are a number of reasons of why your payment with a credit card may not go through:

  • There was an error in inputting your credit card information
  • Credit limit is reached / Credit is insufficient in your account
  • The card may already be expired or not activated for online purchases
  • The credit card provider may have put restrictions on the card (which they sometimes do for online foreign transactions)
  • To overcome any of these challenges please follow the following steps:
  • Try using a different browser to make the purchase
  • Double check the credit card information you enter in the checkout page to make 100% sure it's correct. Pay extra attention to:
    • Credit card number
    • Expiration date
    • CVC number
  • Check your credit balance / bank statement if you have enough money to make the transaction
  • The above steps don't work? Please contact your bank / credit card provider to verify if there are any issues with your card.
  • If even your bank cannot help and you think there might be something wrong with our checkout - go to our Contact Form and explain your issue, our client care specialists will do their best to help you.

You've got charged more than expected for an Astrology Answers product/service purchase? Don't worry, if it really is the case, we'll do whatever is necessary to make sure you're not harmed.

4. Limited Discounts

We always provide special discounted offers for a limited time only, for some of our product/services. If you save our special price link and wish to get back to it later, you might find out that the lowest price offer has expired. We currently only offer the option to pay with PayPal on our Transit Period Guide product. When you reached the checkout page for the Transit Period Guide simply click on pay with PayPal and follow the simple steps to process a payment to us.

Want to pay using a different payment method?

Unfortunately, there is no technical way to purchase Astrology Answers products through direct (interbank) transfers, in cash or any other different payment method that is not listed above, and so customer support won't be able to help you.

You can find the list of all your purchases along with additional payment details, including your order date and amount anytime by going to "My Account" (on the right-hand side of your Astrology Answers members account) and clicking on the Account Activity and Billing Section (note: you'll have to log in to see order details).

Important: Please make sure you log in to your account under the same email address you used to purchase Astrology Answers product/services.

Note: The Orders will show up with the same sequence as your payments are scheduled.

If you don't find any of the purchases within the Billing Section:

Check your email, we always send you an automatic email with information, once a purchase goes through.

Check your bank statement to see if the order transaction you're looking for really did go through (If not, you'll have to repeat your purchase)

Double-check if you used the same email address to make the purchase as the one you're using to log in to your account (If a different email address was used for a purchase, you'll have an additional account created under that email)

Nothing helps? Contact us through our Contact Form and we'll be more than happy to help you ;). Just make sure you add a screenshot from your bank statement regarding the particular transaction so that we could see transaction details and locate your order.

When you select your billing country in the checkout page, the taxes are automatically included once you select your country. We do have a disclaimer on our sales page that mentions that Canadian customers will be charged TAX, and the system automatically displays the tax amount once the proper province is selected. Tax varies from Canadian province to province.

You will see the amount adjusted on the checkout page before you complete your purchase, so you can see the extent of the tax.

Whenever you successfully purchase a product/service from us, you will receive in your email address connected to your account a confirmation of payment. If it is your very first purchase with us, an Astrology Answers account is created instantly and you also receive the login information in your inbox.

To see your payments, log in to your Astrology Answers account and follow these steps:

1. Click on "My Account" on the right menu

2. Select the Account Activity and Billing Section from the header then the new page will opened.

You can now see a list of your Payment History. 

Recurring SUBSCRIPTION Payments

After your 1st subscription payment the automatic charges will take place every month on the same day as your initial subscription payment

Remaining PAYMENT PLAN Charges

  1. 1st payment gets billed along with the initial purchase

  2. 2nd charge goes through 30 days after the 1st payment

  3. 3rd gets billed 30 days after the 2nd payment

If you are eligible for a refund, once you claim it and receive an acknowledgment from us, it should take between 3-5 business days for the money to reach your bank account.

Note: for the physical packages, we require that you first send the package back to us before we process your refund.
