Number 1

Definition of Number 1

1 always signifies a beginning. You count, starting with 1. The calendar month starts with 1. Athletes come in 1st place, meaning that they were the leaders and everyone else followed them. In daily life, 1 is a starting point, and it's the same in numerology, too.

1's energy is guiding, and it also has a lot of ego. Think about it, it's first! There's pride here, and confidence that sometimes spills over into arrogance. It's also raw energy, the pioneer. It will act first and think later. It has no time for patience and will run right over anything-and anyone-that stands in its way. It doesn't compromise easily. It won't be bullied; if anything, it may be the energy doing the bullying, especially if it doesn't get its own way.

You'll usually know right where you stand where 1 is involved. It's outlook is basic, it has no time for whimsy or delusions. 1 is brash, bold, it knows what it wants, and it will take the direct approach to getting there, overcoming whatever it takes and ignoring any animosity or conflict along the way. Nothing will deter 1 from achieving its goal.

1 always had a plan, although it will change its direction at the drop of a hat. Because this energy is so basic, it's blunt to the point of tactlessness. It's uncomplicated. What you see is what you get. This is the energy it brings to any area of your numerology reading-and to the sequential numbers in your life, for that matter.

An ephemeris is a map of the planets. Because the planets are in constant motion, that map is going to change constantly. Ephemerides come in either midnight or noon versions, and show you where the planets are (or were for a date in the past or will be for a date in the future) at either midnight or noon GMT.
