This week is fully of major planetary performances, as the Sun in Taurus will align with rebellious Uranus on the 13th for their once-a-year conjunction, shaking things up in your 4th House of Home. You might hear some shocking news from a family member or a roommate, or perhaps you discover you suddenly need to make some major changes around the house. The thing about this transit is that it isn’t inherently good or bad, but it is extremely powerful and spontaneous (Uranus is the planet of surprises, after all) so the best bet under this kind of alignment is to be prepared for any and all eventualities. Uranus is also your natural ruler, so chances are good you’ll feel rather in tune with the energy overhead.

The next change of the week occurs on the 15th when messenger Mercury waves goodbye to action-oriented Aries and your buzzy 3rd House and moves into Taurus and your foundational 4th House for his annual visit. During this time, you’ll notice there is going to be more activity occurring under your own roof, and this energy will only pick up when the Sun arrives here in a couple of weeks. That being said, your own opinions might take center stage at the same time, as right after entering Taurus, Mercury will turn around and square Pluto in your sign. Come the 18th we’ll witness one of the most positive alignments in all of astrology, as the Sun and Jupiter align at the same degree of Taurus for a rare conjunction in your 4th House of Family. This would be a wonderful day to host a get-together at your place, or perhaps make some major updates under your own roof. Jupiter wants to make everything bigger and more exciting, so a small get-together could turn into a bit of a rager before you even realize how many people are knocking at your front door.
