This week is starting off with some tension! However, there is no need to worry as long as you find a point of release for that tension, which we will address. We are often conditioned to believe that tension is inherently negative; in fact, that is not true at all. Tension is often a driving force for us to take action and create necessary changes.
This energy is connected to an astrological configuration called a T-Square occurring in the heavens during this week. That is when three different planets in three different signs that are not in a harmonious but rather a challenging aspect or relationship to one another.
This particular T-Square, which we are experiencing this week, involves Mercury in Sagittarius, Saturn in Pisces, and Jupiter in Gemini.
Mercury in Sagittarius just wants to explore, go on adventures, and be exclusively optimistic if it can. It doesn’t want to get bogged down in negativity or be told that there are limitations on how we can think or express ourselves. Then we have Saturn in Pisces, which is a much heavier and more serious energy; it is about being internal and tending to our feelings and emotions, including ones that are not pleasant.

It is a very sensitive and intuitive placement that allows one to pick up on all kinds of surrounding energies. Then, we finally have Jupiter in Gemini, who wants to be mentally stimulated and engaged. It makes us feel a hunger for knowledge and freedom in how we pursue it.
So basically, you can imagine all these different energies operating within you during this planetary configuration. They are at odds with one another, and it can feel like they are being pulled in different directions. The good news is that every T-Square has what we call a release point in a certain sign, and in this case, it is in the sign of Virgo. The release point is the energy you should practice moving towards in order to create a balance or harmony between all these conflicting planetary energies.
When a release point is in Virgo, you need to make sure that you are practicing being organized, focused, and disciplined. Virgo is all about bringing things into order, especially where there is chaos or messiness. That may look like creating a list for yourself of all the things you need to get done to help ground you and give you a kind of practical outlet for all this buzzing energy that might be percolating within you!
It would also be very helpful for you to have some kind of routine and consistency to help you remain on track and not get scattered with everything happening around and within you.
Virgo is also all about being of service to other people, so ask yourself how you can do more of that during this week. Ask your friends and loved ones if they need help or support with anything. You may find that this practice will feed and nourish you just as much as it does them and will once again give you something to direct and focus your energy on, which helps prevent you from getting overwhelmed with all these inner/outer contradictory energies occurring at this moment.
We have a Full Moon in Taurus during the middle of the week.
This Full Moon is all about getting in touch with your body, sensuality, and life’s simple pleasures. Taurus is about the little things. Taurus doesn’t seek grandiose or extravagant things. It wants to enjoy the small pleasures, the mundane even. Taurus invites us to be grounded in the here and now and to appreciate what we have available and accessible to us. It invites us to look near and not feel the need to go so far to pursue the things that make us feel yummy and good in our beings/bodies.
Let yourself enjoy your favorite meal, draw yourself a bath, or even change up the decor inside your home. Explore all the different things that can help you feel comfy, at home, and settled in your being.
This Full Moon is a very good time to get grounded in yourself and in your body. Find practices that help you get in touch with your physicality and the material aspect of reality. This sign has the most love and appreciation for being embodied. It is the sign of bringing things into the tangible realm.
Taurus has no concern for lofty and theoretical ideas and notions. Maybe you can find a soft and gentle physical practice that helps you get in touch with your body. This is so important because it is only through being in touch with your body that you can also access your feelings and emotions, as that’s where they are stored. This, in turn, helps you to process and release them.
This Full Moon is conjunct Uranus as well, giving things a very different twist.
Uranus loves change, upheaval, and breaking out of the boxes, which is the opposite energy to Taurus, which loves stability, consistency, and predictable things. This configuration invites you to revolutionize your relationship with your body and sensuality. It is asking you to break down and throw out old, outdated beliefs and habits you may have towards them. We can’t build a healthy world or society if we are not embodied in ourselves.
In this electronic and digital era we occupy, we have all become like floating heads without a body. We have lost touch with the magic, beauty, and power of being in touch with our physicality and sexuality. This is the perfect time for you to reclaim that and create a consistent practice that reminds you of its necessity and importance.
And last but certainly not least, the Full Moon will also be trining Pluto in Capricorn.
This is a powerful and intense energy. Pluto asks you to release what no longer serves you, to let go of habits, beliefs, feelings, and ways of being that no longer serve you. It is crucial to recognize that in order for new life to come into being, some things must come to an end and die, metaphorically speaking.
The practice of non-attachment is one of the most valuable things you can pursue, as it genuinely allows you to fully enjoy and take pleasure in things without the constant nagging fear in the background that you are going to lose it, which robs you of the ability to be in the moment and truly relishing in it.
