During this meditation, you will need to get out your crystal wand. If you don’t have one yet, you can visit our store and get your own Gemstone Healing Wand. First, read this meditation out loud into a recorder or dictation device you may have, such as on your phone, into a notepad. Then, play it for yourself.
- Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
- Start breathing. Big breath in. Big breath out. Keep doing that. Think of nothing else but doing that. Big breath in. Big breath out. Now notice your breath… feel it coming into and out of your body. As you breathe in now, think of all of the good things in your life, and draw them into every cell of your body. Yes, this is a big breath. Now, as you breathe out, exhale all of the problems and vexations you are having right now. Actually visualize them leaving your body. Do this several times until you feel light. Stay here for as long as you need, repeating the process and breathing deeply.
- Now, bring your attention to your Third Eye chakra right in the middle of your forehead.
- Call upon the highest powers in the Universe to send a flow of positive energy to you through your crystal wand. Feel this charge entering the crystal wand and put the end of the wand against your Third Eye chakra, with the tip pointing in front of you.
- Breathe in illumination… breathe out, and let go of anything that is distracting you. You should feel amazing. That’s why this is the most important step of this meditation, and why we keep asking you to repeat it. Feel your focus and intention clarifying.
- Now, ask the Universe and your spirit guides to send you visions of what you need to know to move forward in a situation, or just in life in general. Be patient. Keep breathing. The messages will come.
- And repeat. You can practice this meditation for 5 minutes a day or more, and enjoy your newfound focus!
