It’s Pisces time! Well, Pisces time has at least started. With Mercury and Venus already in the mutable sign of the water signs Pisces, the scents of compassion and karma have already been in the air. Sandwiched in between those two events was a New Moon in Aquarius and solar eclipse.
Because the universe is just that funny sometimes, Valentine’s Day was also in that New Moon eclipse sandwich. Awesome! Now that the Sun joined the party, this soothing tone from our friend Pisces is very much welcomed. Did you make it through eclipse season in one emotional piece? Well if not, know you are not alone.
The Pisces energy is well-timed to put those emotional fragments back together in one loving and compassionate glow. When the Sun enters Pisces, joining Mercury and Venus, the question we often ask ourselves as we recover from eclipse changes is this – now how am I going to ever find myself on the path to emotional abundance?
If that’s you still, you aren’t alone. Most humans are asking themselves this question. It is what folks call the “American Dream,” and your culture has its colloquialism too. What many do not realize is that the “American Dream” is not just a money related matter. It’s about abundance in all areas of life – live, love, laugh, right? Right.
Many people mistakenly think that transits like an eclipse are supposed to bring miracles in our lives, but this is simply not the case. Miracles CAN, of course occur. They are occurring every day if you are honest with yourself, but eclipse events with New Moons only plant the seeds. The rest is up to you.
Don’t let that depress you. Your first thought may be, “Well what the heck is that supposed to mean? What am I supposed to do?” If you are asking yourself that, you are one of millions, perhaps even billions, asking themselves that very question in some form every day.
THAT is why Pisces energy increasing is SO exciting. Because these next several weeks can really help you hone in on that answer. When Pisces energy is abundant, you learn by being of service to others. You not only learn, you increase your own abundance. As our friend Mahatma Gandhi said, “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”
He also said, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
What does Sun enters Pisces mean?
We know the Sun goes around the world in a year, and this is why we say “Many happy returns” on someone’s birthday. We are wishing their Sun another trip around the world many times in their lifetime. When the Sun returns or when it enters Pisces at this time of year, it’s the end of a chapter, and an opportunity to start a clean slate somewhere.
It signals the end of a season, of winter, with spring just around the corner. Literally. It’s no accident many eclipses happen during transits in Pisces. Pisces is also a very psychic sign. Pisces is ruled by the twelfth house themes, which are spirituality, dreams, endings, karma, death, transformation, the underworld, creativity, the arts, secrets, and a depth of emotions.
The twelfth house is also ruled by the twelfth house angel. Who doesn’t want to have an extra angel around when they are seeking abundance in their lives, or trying to figure out who they are? Getting the picture? This is why Pisces energy is always exciting. Venus has entered Pisces, Mercury has entered Pisces, and now the Sun is in Pisces which is very exciting.
The Sun is all about the ego, your personality that the world sees, how you express your individuality. This is you in a phase of your life or your year, really examining who you are, and what your life path or life purpose is. It is time for a metamorphosis in our lives, a total transformation and rebirth.
It’s a time where many people might get a new wardrobe, update their spring look, chop eight miles of hair off “just for a switch”, or take a job on the other side of the country on a whim. Some transformations can bring more love or money into your life. Some will just make you feel fulfilled as a human.
There’s nothing wrong with wanting more of anything. The universe says, you can have as much as you want, if you do it right. This is why the Sun entering Pisces is really going to help you reap abundance. Here’s how to do it.
Steps to Reap Abundance Under Pisces Energy
Step 1: Know you are ready for a change, like the mutable sign Pisces always is.
Step 2: Understand what karma and the Law of Attraction do. Thoughts become things. Good begets good. You need to BE the change you want to see in the world. Pretending to be good to score karma points doesn’t count. You actually need to BE good. Understanding and embracing this is the hardest part of this equation.
This is how you control the outcome of both your fate and destiny. BE good. Think good. See good. Taste good. Thoughts become things.
Step 3: Begin serving others as a Pisces would do, stacking up your random acts of kindness, and increasing your karma points at every possible turn. Do it because you want to and because you want that kind of kindness injected into the world for you some day. Don’t do it because you think God is making tickety-boos on his scorecard.
Just be good. Don’t be afraid to overdo it. There is no such thing as overdoing goodness.
Step 4: Now you wait. Miracles don’t happen overnight.
A famous author once said, “Ego says, once everything falls into place, I’ll feel peace. Spirit says, “Find your peace and then everything will fall into place.” That is why the Sun joining the party in Pisces is so exciting. You can take care of you by serving others, and then, miracles happen. Do report back on your miracles when they arrive!
