Your reality karma that needs balancing. In past lives, or maybe earlier in this one, it was easy to escape than it was to deal with the harshness of the truth. You believed what you wanted to believe, whether it was factual or not, and eventually it always hurt you when you came crashing down to earth. Perhaps you believed others because they told you what you wanted to hear, or maybe you created your own fantasy world in order to draw some kind of attention to or away from yourself.
- Wear indigo, because indigo is the color of perception and inspiration.
- If you don’t already meditate, start, even something like yoga or Tai Chi.
- Start to trust your intuition, believing what you feel, rather than what others try to convince you to believe.
- Pay attention to the coincidences in your life, without reading too much into them.
- Research facts and recognize truth when you see it, even when it is harsh or unpleasant.
If you can incorporate any or all of this into your daily practice, your reality karma will soon balance, and you’ll see things start to improve. Keep a close eye on delusions and fantasies, on spiritual gurus who try to convince you that you need them in your life, and on people who want to manipulate you for their own gain, for these are all signs that your reality karma needs some help. Imagination is the foundation for creativity, but deception is a very different thing.
