Your survival karma needs balancing. In past lives, or maybe earlier in this life, you’ve had to fight tooth and nail for everything you got. You’re always worrying about how you’re going to make it to the next paycheck, or if you’re safe in your home, or if you’ll have enough to eat. No matter how hard you try, the abundance you seek seems to escape you.

  • Wear red, because red is energizing and full of vitality.
  • Get a massage to help you relax.
  • Start a gratitude journal; happiness comes from wanting what you’ve got, not getting what you want!
  • Do some kind of activity that makes you break out in a sweat-this not only cleans the body but feeds the spirit.

If you can incorporate any or all of these into your lifestyle, your survival karma will start to come back into balance, and you’ll see things gradually turn the corner. Watch for a sense of abandonment, digestive issues, and feelings of shame or that you’re not good enough to have a good life. That’s just nonsense, but you have to believe in you before others will believe in you. Remember that while danger is real, fear is all in your mind, so find ways to put your mind at rest.
