The Sun is tightly aligned with action planet Mars, and they are both making potent oppositions to abundant Jupiter in your 7th House of Relationships, so even if you are focused on your own issues, someone could still enter the picture to turn your attention their way.
Bear in mind that while the Sun makes this opposition every year as a matter of course, Mars only does so roughly once every two years, meaning it is very rare for them to sync up like this at the same degree.
Mars can make you a little rash, while Jupiter will amp that up quite a few notches, so keep one foot planted firmly on the ground, even if the other one is driving you to push your way forward as quickly as possible.
