Saturn is the taskmaster of the zodiac, and generally feels rather out of place in the 5th House, but this combo is asking you to get more serious about your pleasures and make sure you are pursuing things that actually make you happy and fulfill you, rather than just wasting your time on things that may entertain for a little while, but don’t actually mean all that much to you.
Fortunately, Mercury will be on hand to make it easier to identify what is worth your time, and what can get left in the past, once and for all.
While this conjunction will keep your attention turned towards the 5th House, your 7th House of Relationships is also lit up today, and could clamor for your attention, too.
The Moon is moving along through this sector, so you may feel an emotional pull to double-up in pursuit of your goals (or pleasures), or perhaps you simply want to spend time with someone who gets you. This can be used to your romantic advantage, but that isn't a requirement if you are looking to keep things platonic.
